Hi, I'm Liv! The one with the paintbrush.
Let's get the facts out of the way: I'm a mum of two (soon to be three - yes, we're brave/mad/both), a wife, a retired interior designer, and a girl who grew up barefoot on a banana farm in Far North Queensland. Lots of space, lots of nature, and absolutely zero rules about who I was meant to become. The perfect place to become a creative.
For years I made beautiful spaces for other people as an interior designer. Then redundancy came knocking, and instead of panicking (okay, a little panicking), I gave myself permission to create something beautiful - not just for me, but for anyone who wants a little more colour and joy in their own home.
So here we are. My work is untamed and bursting with colour, because that's pretty much how I live my life too - slightly chaotic, deeply colourful, and never quite sticking to the lines. I paint the way I feel: in big, vivid, unapologetic strokes. No quiet, neutral, "blend into the background" art here. My pieces are made to be felt - to stop you mid-scroll, make your heart do a little flip, and remind you that a bit of joy on the wall never hurt anyone.
When I'm not covered in paint, you'll find me wrangling small humans, growing a third one, and dreaming up my next colour combination while pretending to fold laundry.
